Based on the traditional technique of smoking hardwoods to enhance food flavor, Noe has incorporated this method into the production of Little Book Bourbon (Chapter 6) YEAR 2022 by utilizing distinct wood staves and barrel techniques. Chapter 6, "To The Finish," is a fusion of five premium American Whiskeys: four-year-old Straight Malt Whiskey with cherrywood staves, four-year-old Straight Malt Whiskey aged in applewood smoked barrels, four-year-old Straight Malt Whiskey aged in hickory smoked barrels, four-year-old Straight Malt Whiskey with maplewood staves, and five-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
