La Luna Chino is crafted from wild agave Cupreata, with each component castrated and aging in the field prior to harvesting. Its 168-hour cooking process is followed by 144 hours of resting and an additional 240 hours of fermentation, resulting in complex hints of lemon wedges, pine resin, lemon zest, and subtle smokiness.
