This 2019 release features a mash bill of 77% corn, 13% rye, and 10% malted barley, and has a finished barrel strength of 100 proof. The aroma reveals notes of rich honey, cut oak, vanilla bean, and aged leather, with hints of cinnamon and brown sugar. On the palate, a splash of ethanol is followed by flavors of cinnamon, dry oak, sun-dried figs, and preserved peaches, finished off with a warm cream sensation.
