Gracias a Dios Cuishe is distilled from maguey Cuishe, an agave variety that requires up to 15 years to mature, and which grows in an elongated piña of up to 6 feet in height. This mezcal has a distinct bouquet of moss and moisture, with a lingering flavor profile of clove, white pepper, cinnamon, and apples.
