Don Mateo Pechuga is a distinct Mezcal from Michoacan, made exclusively with maguey Cupreata. Unlike most exported pechugas mezcals, which use maguey Espadin, this Mezcal is distilled with a blend of turkey, venison, iguana, rabbit, fruit, nuts, and spices.
