The nose reveals notes of grass, herbs, apples, light oak, light brown sugar, a hint of ethanol, and a spicy finish. On the palate, there is a strong presence of cinnamon, baking spices, old oak, dark brown sugar, and a quick burst of heat. The finish is intense, with lingering notes of cinnamon, spicy red pepper, black pepper, damp oak, and a subtle dryness.
