The bold flavors that are synonymous with our famous Texas Whiskies are also prominent in our Texas Pot Still Bourbon. By utilizing a traditional pot still distillation method, we are able to create a robust and rich spirit that maintains its essence even after aging in new charred oak barrels. Each sip is full-bodied and distinctive, with a fragrant beginning and smooth finish, providing a memorable and approachable drinking experience. The nose reveals hints of honeycrisp apples, toasted oak, kettle corn, graham cracker, and oiled glove, while the taste offers a delightful combination of honey, sweet cream, candied pecans, and notes of sandalwood and leather. The finish is soft, with a touch of sweetness, followed by a drying and tannic fade and lingering spice.
