The maturation of the whiskey is impacted by time and location. We are fortunate to have barrels that have been influenced by the varying temperatures and humidity levels of their origin and aging in our rick house located in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The diverse positions in the rick house, combined with climate changes, result in subtle variations in flavor that come together in small batches, limited to only a few barrels at a time. Aged for at least thirteen years, this whiskey is non-chill filtered and proofed with our own mineral water from the renowned Rosendale Mines of NY, creating Lucky Thirteen - the perfect way to share good fortune.
