Non-chill filtered and proofed with mineral water from the Rosendale Mines of NY, our bourbon offers a unique intensity and complexity. Our TASTING Notes include vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cream, orange, maple, cherry, almond, charred oak, and spice.
