Our TWELVE BAR RESERVE BARREL PROOF uses no water in the blending process. The proof of 93-107 is consistent, whether in or out of the cask. Each batch of our 12-year-old bourbon is limited to 600 bottles to ensure perfection. The mash bill consists of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley. The appearance is a clear, rich burnt or brown sherry color. Hints of caramel and vanilla can be detected in the aroma. Our signature bourbon is complex with notes of vanilla, clove, charred oak, and a subtle honey flavor. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of charred oak. To experience the full flavor, add a few drops of room temperature water which brings out a strong peppercorn character.
