Jackson Foundation, of which Oliver serves as chair. Carefully blended and proofed from 20 pinhooked barrels from Still Austin, aged for 4 years in the hot Texas climate, this whiskey has matured beyond its years in the barrel. In the Collaboration Series by Pinhook, we team up with experts in other sensory fields to create editions that embody the curious approach that Pinhook was founded upon: sourcing exceptional whiskey barrels and skillfully blending and proofing to highlight their finest qualities.
