Field & Sound Bourbon Bottle in Bond is expertly crafted by Long Island Spirits on the North Fork of Long Island, New York. The distillery utilizes locally grown field corn, winter rye, and malted barley in their mash bill, which consists of 60% field corn, 33% winter rye, and 7% malted barley. After a sweet fermentation and traditional pot distillation process, the whiskey is aged in a Kelvin Cooperage, KY – Char 2 Barrel at 125 proof, resulting in a perfectly balanced High Rye straight Bourbon Whiskey with a 100 proof rating. The final product is non-chill filtered and benefits from the ideal location by the bluffs of the Long Island Sound.
