After maturing in oak casks, this bourbon is finished in port wine barrels, resulting in a distinctive color and a complex flavor profile of vanilla, cereal grains, oak, spice, and rich stewed fruit. On the finish, notes of citrus and spice intermingle with hints of baked apple.
