Bone Snapper X-ray is our Reserve Straight Rye Whiskey. We utilize identical barrels and mash-bill as the original Bone Snapper, but only after they have matured for at least 4 years. These barrels showcase a distinct transformation in flavor between 3 and 4 years old, with the youthfully spicy notes of Bone Snapper giving way to a more intricate and robust taste. Once reaching its full flavor potential at the 4-year mark, this whiskey is ready to be bottled.
