Our BARBER LEE BOURBON is expertly crafted using non-GMO Bloody Butcher and Hopi Blue corn from California's central valley. The combination of these unique corn varieties result in spicy notes of buckwheat, chili peppers, and sweet cherry, while the addition of malted barley, rye, and non-GMO yellow corn creates a well-rounded and flavorful blend. After distillation, the bourbon is aged in new, heavy char American oak barrels, allowing the flavors to fully develop.
