El Jimador Reposado is crafted from 100% hand-harvested blue Weber agave, naturally fermented and double distilled. It is then aged for two months in our handmade American oak barrels before reaching perfection. The resulting tequila boasts an inviting aroma of vanilla and toasted wood, complemented by notes of fruits, spices, and cooked agave. Its rich flavor profile includes a blend of spice, fruit, wood, vanilla, and subtle hints of toasted hazelnuts.
