For over 15 years, Carrera Tequila has been dedicated to perfecting the art of tequila. Our process begins with cooking mature agave in a brick oven for 24 hours, followed by a 30-hour resting period. Our tequilas are then double distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper. To achieve our desired flavor, our aged tequilas are stored in a blend of new American oak, used bourbon barrels, and used tequila barrels. Our reposado boasts a delicate vanilla fragrance and notes of cooked agave and bananas. On the palate, vanilla shines through initially, with a finish of rich agave.
