For over 15 years, Carrera Tequila has been devoted to mastering the craft of tequila production. Utilizing a brick oven, we cook mature agave for 24 hours and allow 30 hours of rest. Our tequilas are double distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper, resulting in a crystal clear blanco with the aroma of cooked agave, hints of citrus and nuts. The palate is initially bold with agave, followed by notes of lime and hazelnut.
