This exquisite tequila is a past recipient of the Double Gold award at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. It is created with twice distillation of 100% blue agave in a stainless steel still with a copper pot, followed by a 15-month aging process in new char American oak barrels. Its appearance boasts a medium gold color with a full-bodied, dark hue. The nose reveals notes of vanilla, American oak, cooked agave, and spices. On the palate, one can taste the prominent American oak flavors, followed by a touch of sweet agave and black pepper. Lastly, the finish leaves a lingering taste of vanilla and black pepper.
