At the peak of the blue weber agave harvest, the 1800 tequila anejo is double distilled in copper pot stills and aged for over a year in new American and French oak barrels. The resulting dark amber liquid features a rich oaky aroma with hints of vanilla, nutty toffee, and finishes with a touch of peppery spice.
