Los Danzantes (Los Nahuales) Espadin is crafted with organically-grown agave Espadin. Its agave is pulverized with a Chilean tahona operated by a horse. Its fermentation process is performed in pine tubs, without the use of additives, and with classical music to encourage the cycle of microorganisms. Lastly, it's distilled twice in copper stills.
