La Niña del Mezcal Pechuga is crafted from agave Espadin in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca. This mezcal is triple-distilled in small copper pot stills, during which time herbs, fruit, and a raw chicken breast are added to give the mezcal a distinctive rich character.
