Mezcal Delirio Añejo has been aged to perfection for 12 months in new American White Oak barrels that are lightly toasted. Its aromatic profile is complex and features copal and mesquite, derived from the agave cooking process. The barrel aging process also gives this añejo a robust wood profile with hints of soft fruitiness from its blend of Espadín and MadreCuishe agave.
