Don Rodulfo Juan Juarez, a renowned expert in the industry, crafted ANIMAS MEZCAL TOBALA in San Juan del Rio, Oaxaca. The agaves were skillfully cooked in a stone horno, crushed by a horse-drawn tahona, and fermented using wild yeasts. This exceptional mezcal was then distilled twice in a traditional copper still.
