Crafted in San Agustin Amatengo, Oaxaca, Mezcal Buenbicho Joven is carefully crafted by Mezcalero Carino Ramirez. The agave Espadin is cooked in an underground pit before being milled with a horse-drawn tahona. Utilizing air-borne yeasts and a double distillation process in a copper pot still, this mezcal achieves a smooth 40% ABV.
